A few things to think about:
What is the location?
The use of the room will often dictate the flooring required, for obvious reasons you wouldn’t have carpet in a kitchen. But you may not want a tiled floor in a child’s room, a soft carpet would be better.
With that being said clever use of rugs can soften laminate and wooden flooring, so have a think about how you want to use the space.
How long do you want it to last?
Durability is an important consideration, most homeowners will what flooring that will stand the test of time, often you get what you pay for in terms of quality/durability so if you know you might be moving in a couple of years, or perhaps your a landlord who will be refreshing carpets after tenants leave to keep up with fashion changes, you might want to opt for a cheaper option.
What’s your budget?
Floors can vary wildly in price. Your budget is going to influence what you buy, expert advice from the staff at Jantex will help your money go further while ensuring the products you select will be fit for purpose!
